Default low oil pressure, gm 6.0

Have a 2004 6.0 in a GMC Yukon denalli. 113,000 miles.
Low oil pressure light came on, pressure is 0 at idle, 20 psi at 35 mph.
Had sensor checked out ok, changed oil and filter and pressure is better but still low.
checked with mechanical gauge and pressure is low.
Had shop pull pan and it appears # 2 cam bearing has moved approx. 1/8" back.
(see attached photo's), if this is the case would this cause low pressure?

Can cam be removed, new bearing installed and reassembled and be good to go?

Or is there more to repair?

Thanks for the help.

I am not too sure about the repair, but if I was going through all the trouble to pull the cam, I would upgrade to a performance cam to replace it.

If the cam bearing shifted, it could definitely cause oil pressure problems, there's a good possibility that the oil feed hole to the cam journal is blocked also. Any noise? Did you try spinning the engine by hand to see if the bearing is spinning with the cam?
